Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: July 13, 2026
KeyVolt is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we've implemented
- Semantic landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and a skip-to-content link on every page
- Full keyboard operability — navigation, menus, accordions, and forms work without a mouse, with visible focus indicators
- Text and interface colors chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios against our dark theme
- Accessible names and states on interactive controls (including
aria-expandedon expandable FAQ items and the mobile menu) - Text alternatives for meaningful imagery; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences — animations are disabled when your system requests it
- Automated accessibility checks (axe-core) run against every page as part of our release process
Known limitations
Automated checks catch many problems but not all of them. If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, that's a defect we want to know about.
Report an issue
Tell us through the contact form — describe the page and what happened, and mention the assistive technology you were using if applicable. Accessibility reports are treated as bugs, not feedback: they get fixed.
Scope
This statement covers the keyvolt.us marketing website. The KeyVolt application inside the BigCommerce control panel is developed against the same standard.
